This year at the 16th Darwin Aboriginal Art Fair on Larrakia Country, our community once again gathered round the sandpit to celebrate cultural dance performances as part of the Public Program!
We were fortunate to have the Abai Sagulau Buai Dance Team from Badu Island in the Torres Strait, the Peppimenarti Dancers performing songs from two different clan groups from West Daly; Wongga and Lirrga, and the Munupi Arts and Culture Tiwi Singer and Dancers!
The Public Program is proudly supported by the Northern Territory Government and Peppermint Magazine.
